Resolution:This error can be returned on a Windows 11 computer when the disk volume is not using 4K physical sectors. To check this, run this command: "fsutil fsinfo sectorInfo C:" and look at the values for PhysicalBytesPerSector. If this is over 4K, then this hardware will not with with the current engine (or with SQL Server). This value is an innate characteristic of the hardware and cannot be changed.
