If you need to reset a disabled PSQL license key, then you will need to contact Actian directly. Use this form, or call

If you would like to process a credit card payment for an existing invoice, please use our Secure Credit Card Payment form. Enter in
the invoice number (or web order number) and the amount you would like to pay, and we will be notified when payment is complete.

Emergency Support |
We offer emergency phone support for critical issues for our customers. ALL Emergency Support requests will incur a MINIMUM account billing of $250 for the first hour. By using the emergency mailbox, you agree to this charge. If you are a new customer or do not have an open account, please be prepared with a credit card to authorize payment upon callback.
